The social life of Costa Palmas, served daily
Across 18 venues, from restaurants and Beach Houses to private places reserved for members, there is always another table to discover. Some are made for long lunches, others for evenings that carry on, all part of the social life of Costa Palmas.

MOZZA BAJA
From acclaimed chef Nancy Silverton, Mozza brings a Los Angeles original to the East Cape. Drawing from Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, and chi SPACCA, the restaurant takes on a distinctly Baja character, with seafood from the Sea of Cortez, fresh produce, and the best of the region at its center.

DELPHINE
A Day Club table set against Baja light. Chef Ludo Lefebvre, known for Petit Trois in Los Angeles, brings his coastal sensibility to the East side of Costa Palmas, where afternoons stretch and the tempo gradually lifts. Music threads through the terrace, chairs turn toward one another, and dancing begins long before the sun has gone anywhere. The mood recalls the great European Beach Houses, but it belongs to this coastline.

CHIKI
Step behind the fold into a cocktail bar conceived by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the team behind 5 Hertford Street and Annabel’s in London. Concealed within the Marina Village, Chiki trades in shadow, gloss, and after-hours revelry. The door is easy to miss; the night rarely is—let the mosaics will guide the way.

THE NURSERY
Set among olive trees, the Nursery is a members-only table centered on live fire. The menu follows the season, drawing from the day’s catch and ingredients grown steps from the parrilla. Cooking happens in view, over open flame, as the night settles around the grove.

LUCHA LIBRE
Inspired by the electricity of Mexican wrestling, Lucha Libre at the 14th hole moves with the cadence of the street. Tacos and wood-fired pizzas come straight from the fire, joined by a house choripán built on bolillo and chimichurri, served in the open air before the round picks up again.

BOUCHIE’S
Part café, part clubhouse, Bouchie’s sits at the edge of the green with the Sierra de la Laguna in full view. In the morning, the space opens to clear light over the range with coffee and provisions; by evening, the sky shifts behind the mountains as cocktails are enjoyed and kids drift between the green and patio.

JIMMY’S
Afternoons drift through Jimmy’s Big Shot. A game hums from the game-centric patio, someone’s holding court at the end of the bar, and drinks arrive without ceremony. No one’s in a hurry to leave when the only thing left to do is order another.

CASENA
A must-stop coffee shop, named for the Italian who, generations ago, made it to the end of the road and stayed in Baja. Coffee as fine as any in Naples, served alongside select pantry staples, homemade snacks, and beautifully-crafted apparel from Mexico’s finest artisans and designers.
