A village set by the sea of dreams

Centrally located within Costa Palmas, the Marina Village is the backdrop to the many adventures at sea; the heart of the community that beats from dawn to dusk, even into the early hours of the next morning.

It’s the perfect place to enjoy an evening stroll and watch the lights on boats and yachts twinkle off the water, or to catch up with friends for a sundowner, or, if you desire, sail off in search of adventure.

A place where world-class yachts, sailboats and fishermen enjoy the Baja lifestyle side-by-side, Marina Village will be a picturesque and lively destination. Dotted with artisanal boutiques, a selection of signature and casual dining venues, an outdoor lounge area, a nightclub and waterfront gathering spaces, it will be a vibrant hub of activity that perfectly complements the energy of the East Cape.

Phase 1 of the Costa Palmas Marina Village will begin to welcome guests with a signature restaurant and select retail stores in fall 2021, with more to come.

World-class dining with an East Cape twist

In the heart of the village, next to the buzzing village courtyard is Mozza Cabo, our flagship restaurant. A Nancy Silverton concept, it creatively brings together the best parts of renowned eateries like Osteria Mozza, Pizza Mozza and chi SPACCA—and puts an unmistakably East Cape spin to the experience.
Dinners will cluster around the centrally located, handmade wood-fired pizza oven, or take a seat at the bar counters, lounge or even the private dining room to enjoy signature creations— and wash them down with innovative cocktails prepared by an expert mixologist. Breakfast, lunch and dinner see menus and offerings change; but what remains unchanged is the exciting energy of social gathering that invites you into its embrace throughout the day.

The village’s port of call

The gateway into the seemingly endless and ever-so-inviting waters of the Sea of Cortés, Costa Palmas Marina is where you can experience the thrill of watching a sleek water vessel heading out for exploration and the anticipation of welcoming back fishing enthusiasts from their adventures. On completion, this semi-private, full-service port will accommodate more than two hundred motor yachts, sailboats and fishing vessels—and frame the edge of the village to perfection.
