The Village's Port Of Call

Centrally located within Costa Palmas, the Marina Village is the backdrop to the many adventures at sea. It’s the heart of the community and it beats from dawn to dusk, even into the early hours of the next morning. It’s the perfect place to enjoy an evening stroll and watch the lights on boats and yachts twinkle off the water, or to catch up with friends for a sundowner. And, if you desire, to sail off in search of adventure. A place where world-class yachts, sailboats, and fishermen enjoy the Baja lifestyle, Marina Village is a picturesque and lively destination. Dotted with elegant boutiques, a selection of signature and casual dining venues, an outdoor lounge area, a nightclub, and waterfront gathering spaces, it is a vibrant hub of activity that perfectly complements the energy of the East Cape.

Phase 1 of the Costa Palmas Marina Village will begin to welcome guests with a signature restaurant and select retail stores in Fall 2021, with more to come.

Casena

Coffee and Culture

Casena was the family name of one of the first settlers to set foot on this peninsula—an Italian who went to “the end of the road” and ended up in Baja. Inspired by the history and a name reflecting a sense of discovery, Casena is the first retail experience in the Costa Palmas Marina Village.  While Casena is Italian by name and serves coffee as fine as any you’ll find in Florence, this colorful open-air shop is distinctly, proudly, Mexican.

The people of Mexico are known for being passionate makers, and Casena’s carefully curated wares are examples of modern Mexican craft at its very finest: stylish home goods and apparel sourced from artisans and designers from all over Mexico. Explore the curated collection of pantry staples and other essentials or simply sit and take in the vibrant Marina Village while enjoying avocado or banana/peanut butter toast and a latte made from Mexico’s best beans. Al fresco, of course.
