Costa Palmas Aboard the Monaco Yacht Show

Last September, Francesca Greco, Costa Palmas’ Yacht Club Manager, attended the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show. This annual gathering, now in its 32nd edition, assembles luminaries from the international luxury yachting community.

Set against the iconic backdrop of Port Hercule in Monaco, it stands as the world’s premier yachting destination, showcasing the finest collection of superyachts for discerning connoisseurs.

This year’s show boasted impressive statistics:

– A collective value exceeding 3.5 billion euros for yachts exceeding 30 meters in length.

– An impressive display of 101 superyachts, including 38 newly unveiled vessels.

– An astonishing total length of 5.1 kilometers is covered by the showcased yachts.

– An average length of 51 meters and 724 gross tonnage (GT), exemplifying the grandeur of these vessels.

– The presence of 45 super yacht shipyards, each representing their finest creations.

One of the highlights of this year’s event was the debut of a remarkable 43-meter catamaran by the renowned Italian shipyard Tecnomar, marking a groundbreaking addition to the yachting industry.
