A GATEWAY TO
THE SEA OF CORTEZ

Costa Palmas Marina is the most comprehensive seaport on the Sea of Cortez. Open to members of Costa Palmas Club and guests, the marina provides a full range of world-class services and facilities for vessels up to 250 feet, catering to the needs of members, guests, captains, and crew alike.

While ashore, seafarers can enjoy an array of amenities, exceptional dining, a curated selection of boutiques, an 18-hole golf course by Robert Trent Jones II, and the renowned Four Seasons Spa. Those arriving by sea have seamless access to all that Costa Palmas offers, day and night, via the Marina Water Taxi.

MARINA SLIPS

The gateway into the seemingly endless and ever-so-inviting waters of the Sea of Cortez, the Phase 1 of this world-class Costa Palmas Marina is now open to members and guests and includes the following:

35 finger and along-side slips for vessels up to 150 ft in length
Marina Village Docks – 28 slips for vessels up to 150 ft in length
Four Seasons Docks – 7 slips for vessels up to 100 ft in length

General Services

Complimentary water taxi service within the marina
Electric golf cart transport and dockside delivery service
24-hour mooring assistance by professionally trained and qualified staff
Water Marshall boat providing 24/7 security patrols and vessel guidance
Access to professional captain and crew services
Drydock services available
Storage and forklift services (scheduled)
Restroom facilities

Technical Services

Provided through partnerships with external providers:

Fuel Dock with high-volume diesel supply and pump-out station
24/7 security services, including CCTV monitoring
MARPOL-compliant hazardous waste collection and recycling facilities
Mobile fire extinguisher servicing
Assistance with vessel permits and licensing
Fishing licenses available
Live bait available upon request

PLANNED Expansions

At completion, Costa Palmas Marina will expand to include the following:

Over 300 sheltered slips for vessels up to 240 ft
Marina Village Docks: 84 slips for vessels up to 250 ft
Four Seasons Docks: 29 slips for vessels up to 100 ft
Four Seasons Villa Private Docks: 59 for vessels up to 100 ft
Costa Palmas Villa Private Docks: 111 for vessels up to 60 ft
