A Tradition Must Begin and Remain

The magical combination of family and friends gathering for a sunset feast along the seashore is where memories are made. Costa Palmas friends and guests recently collected under the watercolor sky just at the waters’ edge to enjoy a thoughtfully-curated meal of fresh ingredients from the field and sea, designed by Costa Palmas executive chef, Gonzalo Cerda.

There’s something about a feet-in-the-sand clam bake that transforms strangers into friends. Laughter and camaraderie filled the open-air space as guests enjoyed live music, specialty cocktails and the ideal weather that the East Cape is esteemed for. As the moon rose and the beachside fire crackled, our younger guests enjoyed an open-air movie night under the stars, and thus, the ideal way to spend a Memorial Day at Costa Palmas was solidified.

When guests of all ages are beyond content, comfortably relaxed and listening to the waves chase one another back to the shore effortlessly, we at Costa Palmas are happy.
