Delicious fare and whimsical design have taken up residence at the 19th hole at the Robert Trent Jones II designed Golf Club at Costa Palmas. The East Cape Food Truck is just one of the newest amenities at Costa Palmas – joining Bouchie’s and Lucha Libre. Operated by the Four Seasons Resort, this gourmet eatery on wheels offers fresh cuisine and appetizers, like sliders and tacos, specialty “paletas” (popsicles) and of course, signature cocktails and libations.
Grab a beer from the fully-stocked cooler and sit back and relax on the fully-manicured grounds overlooking the 18th hole.
Inspired by 1920s French and Italian outdoor bistros, the East Cape Food Truck came to life thanks to the thoughtful design Abby Kuskin (Interior Design Director, Irongate) in collaboration with illustration artist, Katie Brightside. The “exterior” design for the open-air cafe features a foundation of Baja travertine and includes metal vases created by local craftspeople.
