Jimmy’s is a nod to the good ‘ole days. The classic lunch counter serves savory bites, innovative ice creams, sodas and desserts. To make life sweeter, all these integrate Costa Palmas commitment to fresh produce and locally-sourced ingredients. The Costa Palmas pastry chef has also unveiled an array of unique ice cream flavors, from traditional favorites like butterscotch to flavor combinations you’ve only dreamed of! Experience the lost concoctions of the golden age at our soda fountain.
Family Fun in Los Cabos
Surrounding Jimmy’s, in your Costa Palmas backyard, lies a blank canvas for both active and leisure pursuits. Our Multi-Purpose Field covers more than a third of the area with endless options for sports like soccer and games. The area also serves as an open-air theatre for evening movie screenings under the stars. If court-games are more your preference, the Sports Park features a regulation-sized basketball court and four pickle-ball and two tennis courts. Lessons are always available from our Aventura team.
Grotto Pool
Ideal for families, the Costa Palmas Grotto Pool was designed to mimic a cave, and it features all of the necessary elements to allow a little one’s imagination to run wild. Climb the stairs and soar down the slide into the refreshing pool. The beach-style, gradual entry allows children to wade in while the older kids can dive in the deep end.
For those who love extreme sports, specifically, those that require two wheels, look for our custom-designed pump track, opening soon. The looping trail will be packed with rollers and banked turns that help riders of all levels to hone their BMX biking skills.
