Born in Milan, Italy, Lorenzo Mietitore has always had a passion for the art of service and travel, so a career in hospitality was the ideal fit. After completing both his formal education and serving Italy’s one-year of mandatory military service, he returned home and received a job opportunity the very next day from Four Seasons Milan. Lorenzo immediately accepted and began as waiter at Italy’s first Four Seasons. Over his 23 year career, Lorenzo has worked in 5 different countries in 4 different continents – North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Most recently, Lorenzo was at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita.
While new to Los Cabos, Lorenzo’s appreciation for Mexico started in 2006 when he worked at Four Seasons Punta Mita as Assistant Food & Beverage Director. Lorenzo fell in love with the country, its people and its culture. “The nature of the hospitality industry is travel,” said Lorenzo. “My six years at Four Seasons Punta Mita were magical. I was sad to leave the community, but always knew that I would return to Mexico.”
