During the summer months, nothing refreshes and quenches like a fresh and spicy cocktail. Transport yourself to the Baja and the shores of the Sea of Cortez with this sandia (watermelon) margarita that gently infuses the tastes of Mexico: jalapeño and Costa Palmas Tequila.
2 oz Costas Palmas Tequila
1 oz Damiana Liqueur
2 oz Watermelon juice
In a Boston Shaker, combine all ingredients. Muddle the sliced jalapeños. Add ice and shake well. Lightly dip the rim of a serving glass first with lime, then with salt. Next, strain and serve! Garnish with jalapeño and watermelon.
