Cocktail Spotlight: Thyme of Costa Palmas
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Costa Palmas Tequila
3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
3⁄4 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 oz Chartreuse
Morron pepper
Fresh Thyme
Salt
PREPARATION:
In a Boston Shaker, combine all ingredients. Muddle the Morron pepper and thyme. Add ice and shake well. Lightly dip the rim of a serving glass first with lime, then with salt. Next, strain and serve! Garnish with thyme.
